On this trip M.I.A. was on my list of must see’s. Maybe you recognize the name? You have probably tried one of their flagship beers (Miami Weiss Hefeweizen, Mega Mix Pale and Tourist Trappe) or one of their other beers offered on tap at some of the bars around Florida.
The craft beer world in Florida is exploding right now, it is so wonderful to see local owned companies with so many passionate people gathering for their common love of beer. M.I.A. Bruhaus is located in Doral at the front of a large industrial complex. They have an amazing tap room with 54 draft lines. My friends and I took advantage of the Saturday Tours, Dan showed us the entirety of the MIA brewing warehouse and was extremely patient as I took photos. Take a look for yourself-
